Shipping

Catch22 uses USPS Priority shipping. Items are processed and ship out in 48-72 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered. 

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Express shipping is the only guarantee service we provided.

Tracking Information

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Catch22 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
